The Second Magnolia City Flickr Contest - Closes Nov 30th

The second Magnolia City Flickr contest is now open!  We've kept the rules as simple as possible, the main rules can be heard in the video, however, here is a run down of the full set of rules to enter.  Please read on so there is no confusion!

1: The contest is open to anyone, whether you are renting in Magnolia City or are a visitor except for the Head of Magnolia Marketing (Vic Mornington) and Liandra Aries, Fenella Baily and Liza Blackwood (3GirlsInSL/Charlies Angels), and the two anonymous blogger judges who cannot enter the contest.

2: The contest is on Flickr only, no submission will be accepted on any platform other than the Flickr group for Magnolia City.

3: The picture(s) must be taken somewhere in the regions of Magnolia City and must be taken in a publicly viewable place in the city.  Please don't wander into people private homes to take snapshots inside someone's house.

4: People can be in the pic too, but the pic must not be styled as a ‘generic’ fashion pic.  Use the “Rule Of Thirds”, the background (Magnolia) taking up two-thirds of the picture with no heavy Bokeh (blurring).

5: No use of AI or heavy Photoshopping.  The picture must be relevant to what normal visitors would see if they walked past the spot where you took the pic.  Use of EEP/Windlights is fine though!

6: The contest ends on November 30th, cut off point for submitted pictures will be 12noon SLT on the 30th.  Any picture submitted after 12 noon SLT on the 30th will not be included in the judging.  Winners will be announced on the Facebook page for Magnolia, and on Discord and inworld chat/groups for Magnolia at around 4pm SLT on the 30th.  If there is a tie for 1st, 2nd, or 3rd, the tiebreaker may have to happen on December 1st, with the winners being announced later on that day.

7: Magnolia City reserves the right to use submitted pictures for external social media and marketing.  EG: Flickr group banner or Facebook page banner.

8: The hashtags for the November contest are: #magnoliacity and #magnoliasl hashtags MUST be in the picture description (NOT the title) along with the SLURL of where you took the picture.
