Build Tools: Accessibility (Color)

As I get older I am beginning to lose my ability to discern the blue arrow of the build placement axis tool when it is against a dark background.

I would like the ability to either change the colour altogether (orange?) or maybe give it some sort of light-coloured outline to be able to see it.

Where can I make such a request?  It confuses me that SL is this old and something so basic as adjusting colours of a UI element are not available.  Or -- are they available and I just cannot find them?  If so someone please yell at me appropriately.

Thank you... I did create a request.  Hopefully enough people see it and uptick it even if their own vision is perfect.

There really should be an outline or something at the very least, I've mis-clicked a ton in complex builds.
