premium account started today, two problems

Well if you started your premium account today, your 1000L is not due for 45 days.  Its from the day you become a premium member, not the day you joined SL.

Second, the purchase limit on linden has nothing to do with being a premium or basic account.  It is based on limits set beginning the first time you buy linden and then increases as per the limit schedules.
