Uh oh... buy limit is stuck

I'll be honest, I'm not entirely sure how Linden calculates the limits on how much USD you can spend to purchase L$ for the ingame stores, but my limit seems to be stuck at $1 for a couple days now D:

Anyone know if this is normal? The way I read it, I kind of thought the buy limit was reset daily, but now I'm a little confused. I also read that the limit is merely in place to better serve the game's residents and prevent fraud, and you could submit a ticket for a review to get your limit raised... but the way it was described, I wasn't sure if that was a sort of thing I should do until I've been around for a while first.

Do you guys know of any solutions? So much stuff I want to buy, but it doesn't look like I can... and I'm not sure when it'll let me again D:

Your spending limit is determined on your Resident age/month. Depending on how old you are, you can only spend up to certain amount on USD in a month. You can check this by going to your account website - look under Linden Exchange - Manage - Billing/Trading Limits.

What I did with mine back when I was a newbie was to increase my Credit limit buy storing some USD balance to my account. This way I was not limited to how much Linden I can spend per day.

This limit only applies to first 30 day users,after 30 days it goes away.

Games are addictive,people can loose track of the important things to learn first  blinded by shopping .

the first 30 days is limited (it was 30 days when I started,I duno if its still that much thought)

30 days was a little harsh..Maybe a week be better.

How buyer's or seller's fees relate to billing and trading limits

The buyer's and seller's fees on the LindeX™ exchange are not related to billing and trading limits, they are fixed and everyone is subject to the same fee schedule. Only the rolling 24 hour and rolling 30 day limits vary.

How to request review of your limits

You may request a review of your account to increase your limits. Please visit the support system and submit a ticket.

Premium account holders should select the Billing and L$ -> LindeX™ Tier Review ticket options.

Basic account holders should select "Special Questions - Basic account or Guest Login" -> LindeX™ Tier Review.

We'll review your request and get back to you within 5 business days.

What is considered during a typical limits review

Typically we are looking at your LindeX™ usage and your payment history.

• 24 hour and 30 day limits are computed on a rolling basis.
• The buy limit summarizes and restricts market and limit buy usage of the LindeX™ exchange.
• The sell limit summarizes and restricts market and limit sell usage of the LindeX™ exchange.
• The purchase limit summarizes all US$ billing activity that was not fulfilled from a credit on your US$ account balance. The purchase limit restricts all nonrecurring US$ billing activity that can not be fulfilled from a credit on your US$ account balance.
• "Days" in the New Resident limits description refers to days since first billing transaction with Linden Lab.

ok, well with all that being said, i'm still having issues buying L in SL.
on the buy linden screen, i get the messege that i only have x amount of dollers to spend.
iv had this account since 2010 why am i still having issues?
