There are no machines to send a query through in order to contact the resending control. I have tried to go through "Pukis Pants", but only ended up at a private address whose security ejected me. I couldn't seem to get through to Janice Auer, whose products are excellent, by the way, either to make her aware of my plight.

To put my problem succinctly: HELP!

The only thing you can actually do is contact the seller with a copy of your transaction history. Many  retails are not in world often -- especially in the summer months. So patience is needed. Good luck.
