All the benefits of owning your own full region, at a fraction of the cost.

The landlord uses the north quarter of the sim for a store in the sky but you will have full use of the entire sea level and may terraform and landscape the entire island according to your preferences.

You will have full rights on the other 3/4 (49,152 sqm) and may request any change you need to the region settings such as rating, terrain textures, etc. Almost any fair use that does not interfere with the store can be supported.
