Top Tips:

Pinecones make excellent garden/backyard simulated hedgehogs for countries which have no natural indigenous hedgehog populations.

You might enjoy looking at a static one, but attaching a pinecone to locally-found wildlife, such as mice, rats, coyotes or bears, can realistically simulate the movements of a living hedgehog.
