I would say make sure the numbers are all the way to 000..

Also it may be the lighting you are in also..  Have you tried messing with different windlights or personal lighting.

I tried turning it up and down to both maximums, And apart from making them gone i'm barely seeing any change.

I'm wondering now if i had something added like a BOM tattoo, But i cant find anything in my inventory

Make sure also that the blend is all the way to the right in the brow section.

ETA: Never mind. It looks like  that's where you have it at already, from the image you posted.

Did you update to a pbr viewer recently? It's messing with alpha opacity.

I use firestorm and since the last update all the lightings been very different and in places super bright,

Edit: I've tried regular SL Viewer and even with the different lighting the eyebrows are still faint

I fixed it, It's as i suspected, The brows are just light and before i had the tattoo and applier versions both on at the same time
