Changing the water settings... how?

Hello, 

I rent half a sim and use it for some underwater base. I created a new water setting (without the fog) so that its not blue looking while inside the underwater base. My problem is that it always comes back to default setting so I have to manually select my custom setting when I tp in. 

Is there any way to make my settings the new default settings or to lock them so I it does not go back to default all the time?

Also, BIG news: if you're able to manage the region settings (or ask the owner to change them), WindLight region settings is in development and you're welcome to try the preview! This means not only can you make the water settings persist for you easily, it will appear the same for all your visitors, too. (Previously as in my video, it was Viewer-side only, meaning only you see the changes.)
