Working city bus that can cross region lines

I need a working city bus for an educational project teaching life skills to teens on the autism spectrum.  Anyone know where I can get such a thing?  We had a pretty good one, but it's scripting was wonky and if you touched the wrong button it would jump across the region and out to sea.
