Music stream changing on its own

I have the music stream on all shared parcels set to a particular station. Several times it has changed and I'm not sure how. Only the co-owners and I have access to the stream, and it's not us who are changing it. 

I checked all the group roles, and only the owners can change the music stream. 

Is there something I'm missing? Has this happened to anyone else?

This may be obvious, but just in case: It's not only the owners themselves who get permission to change the stream, but also any scripts they own. So if somebody with land permissions has an object that includes a "land radio" script—even if they don't realize it—that script can change the stream, and may default to being operable by anybody.

I don't think there's any way to track who/what changes the parcel audio. One can turn on beacons and hunt for objects containing any script, but that's a needle-in-a-haystack search, especially since there's no way to know what any specific script might do.
