I've searched and searched, and couldn't find an answer for this. Talking to an agent requires a premium account, and submitting a ticket requires choosing from a list of categories, none of which fit my question.

I don't think LL addresses language specifically in the Maturity ratings.  Deciding what constitutes obscene is also different for everyone.  If a region owner allows it, you have the option to mute the person or you could file an AR under one of the obscenity categories and let LL decide.
