As a property owner of two regions, we are seeking an experienced builder with a proven track record of constructing modern homes using only the highest quality materials. We are particularly interested in builders who specialize in using cutting-edge mesh technologies for their projects. We are looking to build at least two homes, and potentially more depending on the level of detail, quality, and overall satisfaction with the finished product.

Might be good to note if you want PBR only - PBR with legacy textures ore just legacy textures.  Since there is a huge variety of all types of houses and since hiring a builder is much more expensive than just buying a readymade house, perhaps more info on why you need a custom build would be helpful.  And no, it wouldn't be me as I don't do custom --- just some input
