Autumn Valley Rentals have one fully furnished mainland parcel available. Plenty to do and see as you tour the historic mainland! Features:

Each home has functioning room rezzers that allow you to change the layout/furnishings. Change the layout or remove the furnishings and add your own! The possibilities are endless. You also have the ability to move/remove individual objects/furnishings.

 

Each home comes with pre installed adult and rpg sitters, in addition to weather stations, security systems and even a time clock! Have total control of your rental anytime! 

 

Entertain your guests with dozens of community features! Full time access to your own personal bar and club! Lights, radio, dance balls and poles are all available to use 24/7. Change the lights and look of the scene using scene rezzers and light switches!

 

Several dozen adult and RPG sitters are situated in the common area to give you endless hours of enjoyment, relaxation and entertainment. 

 

Mood lighting controls give you a personal experience for you and your company! From light rays, to environmental switches, you can control and change your surroundings anytime!

 

The environment is built around PBR effects that you can can turn on and off using various switches located nearby! PBR day cycles are installed to give you beautiful lighting effects at any time of day!

 

There's attention to detail in every location, and scene rezzers placed throughout the area to give you more control of your experience!

 

Catch a movie in your personal theater room! Light switches/bars and more make this the perfect spot to wow your guests!

 

Both homes come with special features such as PBR lighting/mirrors scene rezzers and views. 

 

Both homes come with their own personal beach, in addition to the one shared in the common area. The common area has several scene rezzers to give you a new look everyday. Don't have your own boat? Take the Autumn Valley blimp for a tour of the mainland! Maybe you can invite some friends for a game of volleyball? New scenes are updated all the time!

 

Prims/Pricing/Terms

Prim Allowance: We give you 200 prims in addition to the furnishings in the home. Each home has approximately 700 prims in the house. By removing our furniture your prim allowance could increase to a max of approximately 900. When you rent from us you are given a notecard that tells you how many overall prims are being used on the parcel. As you remove furnishings (either through scene rezzers or manually) you will have more prims to place your own things. If you need more prims you can make a request through management and they are generally granted free of charge. This allowance does not count towards objects placed in the common areas as they are cleared every 24 hours.

Pricing: 700L for 24 hours is the current rate for our parcels. You can rent by the day, 72 hours, 1 week or 3. If you reserve a parcel for a 3 week period in advance we give you 1 week free.

Terms: Renting gives you group access to the parcel. You cannot terraform, however you can place your own landscaping and have access to most controls (such as environment (EEP), eject, etc.). The parcel lines generally cover the house and private beach area. Giving you group access allows you to move the furnishings one by one or remove them entirely. It also gives you access to the home controls and security system. Each home comes with water access and a personal beach. The water access gives you a personal dock and unrestricted access to the mainland ocean.
