I Owen one Estate, with two Regions
Can I Owen another Estate with a region connected to the first Estate two regions? 

This way I can have one region open to the public with a Telahub and the other two regions closed to the public, 

and members of a group/ groups can have access to all 3 regions connected to each other and members can TP wherever they want to.
