2032 Mainland Water parcel in Amydria

I impulse purchased several parcels and now have a 2032 water parcel in Amydria I would like to part with all or part of for L$1 per m2. This is near the Heterocera protected coastline and Route 2 but does not have direct access to either one. There aren't currently any ban lines in place that would entirely prevent you from sailing or flying there via a neighbor's parcel.

Although a new landowner to the north just put in some apartment buildings, I suspect just to block the view...

... the view to the south is of an abandoned strip of water and your neighbors.

If you need more prims, the water directly in front of this parcel and the 4080 in the middle of the region are abandoned land, and there are several other parcels in the region for sale.

This has been divided into two parcels, an 1152 m2 for L$1200 (keep the objects to use or return them if you prefer), and an 880 m2 for L$600. The other parcels for sale in the center of this region have also been dramatically reduced by their owner.
