Problems streaming with a TV

Dunno if this is the right place but here goes.

When I try and stream from a TV the video consistently slows down (audio to) then back to normal, rinse and repeat maybe 5-6 times during a single you tube video.   Friends watching say its fine for them so its obviously something in my settings.

I've tried different tv's,  different locations in Sl and its always the same for me.

My download speed is around 1gig, so not that and have a decent gaming computer with tons of ram.

Any help would be appreciated
