Stopping the lerping/animation of prims when using llSetLinkPrimitiveParamsFast

Is there a way to stop the lerping/animation of prims whenever you set their positions with llSetLinkPrimitiveParamsFast. I need to move some child prims in a linkset that is attached to an avatar, but the built in animation of it moving from position A to position B is something I don't want in this case. Any way to stop it, or workarounds?

I don't think so. You can toggle the alpha (visibility) before and after the movement, but that's a bit fiddly.
