Premium Plus Membership Purchasing a Homestead

I was told earlier today that if i upgraded to a Premium Plus membership, I could purchase a Homestead (e.i., bypassing the required, must be a current full region owner to purchase a homestead).

Well I've upgraded, but the system continues to only offer the purchase of a full region at $349USD, instead of the price of a homestead.  What am I missing?

I think you have to file a support ticket to order one.

Melissa is correct.  I've been through the process and that's exactly what you do.

There is no change to Homestead ownership for all other accounts: everyone is still able to own Homestead regions as long as there is at least one Full private region owned on that account as well. 

As a reminder, Homesteads cost US$149 for the first month with setup and US$109 per month thereafter, plus applicable VAT and taxes.

If you'r a resident, (RL) of a country with VAT or other tax system that LL has to apply, be sure you'r not subject to that, otherwise your homestead gets pretty expensive.
For example for European residents those prices are +20%.. each month, not only the purchaseprice.
