Account stolen

My main account was stolen in date 8/23/24 due to a phishing link i clicked by mistake, they changed my password and i have no access anymore. sent a ticket to LL that answered relatively fast(6 hours), agent asked for security word and if i had other alts, i've ansvered to everything few hours later(i was sleeping, damn timezones), then, at the current date, i didn't get anymore answers. So now i have no idea what this person or group of people are doing with my avi, and i am seriously worried since it's 6 years of my every day life. I need reassurance i guess.

It sounds like you have taken the right steps (other than clicking that phishing link). LL will probably have frozen your account temporarily to prevent anyone, including you, from using it while they sort things out. That can take a little while, and you can submit a follow-up support case to ask how it's going. Reference your original case by number and add anything that you might have forgotten in the first submission.  Other than that, just be patient. Since you changed your password and told LL about it, chances are good that things will be back to normal shortly.

Yep, sent another ticket yesterday, they kindly told me to not do that cause it can cause misunderstoods and take longer, said they would merge the two tickets in possibly a new one(since this number was different from the other two), really willing to give all the details. The crazy thing that shattered me, is that this bastard logged with my account, in my house, found out i was there and teleported away after blocking me and my gf, this is so so frustrating and unreal.

Definitely annoying/frustrating/scary. The best I can offer is that you've learned the hard way not to click phishing links and that the lesson, while painful, is almost over. Take a deep breath (and maybe a long walk) and give the dust time to settle.

Yep i may not click on anything sus for so long, was late night, so you don't have the attention you have in the day, when i realized was too late, and instead of changing password immediately i've cleared the cache(wtf), so is totally on me, still...
