Having problems picking a new home

Hello All

I have just downgraded from Premium Plus to Premium and I am house shopping again!
Is there a time limit on how long in between picks and releases ? I just picked one area and decided I didn't like it so I released it and went to pick again and it told me I couldn't pick one???? 
I know there is a 5 pick in 24 hrs? But this is my first pick today and it has already told me I can't pick any more??

Hello!  There's a subtlety here.  It is not 5 picks a day.  Each pick you do is separately timed for 24 hours.  So let's say you did 5 picks yesterday, and the first one was at 9AM your time, and the 2nd was at 11.  Today, you won't be able to do a pick until 9AM - 24 hours after you did the first one yesterday.  Then, 2 hours later at 11, you'll be able to do another pick.

Often I end up doing only 4 picks a day, because I want to do one tomorrow earlier than I started today!

Here is how I keep track of hopping.  In FireStorm, open your Teleport History and make sure your hopping times are showing:

Also, I only learned recently that I can set my time shown to my local time, or SLT or UTC, whatever I would like:

The only annoying thing I find, is if someone TP's me with my collar, it doesn't show up in TP history!!! If it's to a store,  or someplace I want to revisit, I will manually LM it.
