For some reason, I can no longer buy L$ which I have had no problem with in the last 16 years.  I have another avatar which has no problems.  I wish it would give me a clue to what the issue is so that I can fix it.

I had this issue. I went into my account and changed the method I was using and to what I had allocated it be used for. 

I still can buy $L inworld using Firestorm but I can on my account page so no biggie.
