Maelstrom Realty has 3 parcels for rent on their Maelstrom Sim. This is a commercial sim that has established stores already. You get 937 Prims for a cheap L$1400 weekly. Plus you get the Show Parcel in Search for free (that is normally L$30 weekly). You get your own landmarks, name the parcel, give the parcel a description, your own audio stream. Most parcels don't give you that option. Plus if you need more prims, I can easily work with you to have more. We are a small group so you don't get lost. Customer service is hands on by the owner, not a bot or an estate manager.
