JosephWolcott Posted August 14 Posted August 14 (edited) Whenever I change outfits, my back partially disappears. It's easy enough to fix by going into my body hud and clicking on the 'back' region which takes out the entire back. Then I click on it again and it restores the entire back. But I want to fix it permanently and as of now, it partially goes out everytime I switch outfits. Any advice? Edited August 14 by JosephWolcott 1
BillFletcher Posted August 14 Posted August 14 Sounds like an alpha is there when it shouldn't. This happens with any outfit change. Do you put the new clothes on before taking off the old ones? That can cause alpha issues but sometimes it's the best way to remain modest when changing.

I sometimes get an unexpected alpha cut when changing outfits, and have to go into the maitreya HUD, and change and save that. Its annoying, but doesn't happen too often, just certain outfits. 1
Midnoot Posted August 15 Posted August 15 (edited) The clothing has auto alpha scripts. Once you get the alphas visible that you want, delete scripts in the body. It will never un-alpha again. Save multiple copies of your body for different outfits. It guarantees that the alpha never breaks again from lazy people's auto alpha clothing. Also, the title of this thread made me lol. Figuring out which item is causing the invisible back and replacing it might be better than creating many copies of the body. 1

Hate alpha glitches This is why creators should include bom alphas. The superior method . Edited August 15 by Midnoot 1 1

I make a copy of my body and use the script delete option for just about every outfit I make. It reduces my overall worn scripts which is generally a good thing for everyone in the region, and I don't have to fuss with the HUD alpha for five minutes on an outfit change, since autohides don't always function/exist anyway. 1
