Wrist lock?

Does anyone know if a wrist lock (like an ankle lock) exists? Is such a thing possible? I have some animations that'd I'd like to be able to lock my wrist position into place for.

I'm too lazy right now to do this for you but yes. You just need an animation that has the wrists keyed at zero.
