Non GF - Fully landscaped 30k region for sale

I'm currently selling my region; I hired a professional landscaper to do a mountain theme with cabins etc. 

If you're interested in continuing on working with the landscaper I have their contact information. 

Regardless of if you want the theme or not, we can arrange a showing of the property if you're interested. 

It's a full 30k region and the tier is due on the 22nd of each month.

With landscaping I'm charging 40k plus the transfer fee, make an offer otherwise if you want the land without landscaping included.
