Changing Premium payment periods

Hi all

I currently pay for Premium annually but want to change to monthly and I've just paid my latest annual billing. Do we pay in advance or in arrears?  For example, if I change to monthly now, will that start in 12 months time after this annual payment has expired?

you pay subscriptions for membership upfront, a new schedule will start after the current one (when you set that in time)

Hi, I have a similar question. I've just got annual premium membership renewed automatically, but I don't like the fact that I can't disable the auto-renewal.  What happens if I choose "Downgrade to basic membership" now, my current premium continues until expiration day, or it will be finished right away?

it will last the full cycle till renewal date next year, but you need to abandon mainland and/or Linden home before you'r able to downgrade
