HeadHunter TiriKohu Reef House - issue with corner of foundation of rocks missing

Hi all,

been struggling with this for months.  I have the HeadHunter TiriKohu Reef House rezzed on my property I rent at Hollywood Estates.

Whenever I sign in, a small portion of the base of the house where there are rocks... they are not visible.   I know the actual structure is there because I cannot walk through them, but they are not visible.  If I zoom out and return, they appear.   A lot of finger pointing with Vendor and Estate owner.   Below are snapshots.   Just wondering if anyone has experienced this.  It is happening using FireStorm, Alchemy & Second Life Viewer.

You  may not have the house all centered on your parcel and the missing wall is being rejected by intruding on a adjacent parcel with object perms turned off.  I have that house in inventory and it had a rather large footprint if I recall.  Some of the walls were also hideable. You can try to edit the wall and make sure it is not set to 100% Transparency.   

Oh, just re-read. It's the disappearing object, that only rezzes upon a re-zoom.  That's an LL feature to increase your fps by not rezzing objects.  Been around since the Performance was added.  Does the wall stay rezzed after you zoom back in?  I have some rock sculpties that also do that, when I first TP to my land. Always the same rocks too.  So ask in the Technical forum.  It's a design issue.

This forum is for arguing about PBR, kids, and the survival of SL.  Better chance of an answer in the Technical or building forums.

Thanks for your response   It does have a large footprint but not anywhere close to another parcel

I will post in General Land as well.   I've tried almost everything and this was a last ditch effort..   As I mentioned if I cam out and back it appears.

Yeah sorry I missed that and did add to my reply a few mins later.  I might rezz that house and see if it does the same for me.  It's a rather old design using prims and sculpties.

I know it is old lol...  Its kind of sentimental for me.   I just love the layout.   My estate owner said the same as you did about the age of the build and the LL bug.   I moved to a larger plot just so I could rez this house, which is a bummer.   I lived on Fruit Island when I first bought this house, but that was many years ago and didn't have a problem I guess because the technology of the house was new then.

Right clicking on my missing sculpty rocks usually causes the objects to rezz for me.  I remember the support reef rocks for that house would sometimes not rezz. Back then just clicking where they were would rezz them.   My then partner bought that house in 2013.
