im being illegally hacked everytime i log on and have to reinstall the viewer..all my huds..deformed body..head..keyboard driver ..etc

my question is where is this AR form and how do i send?...ive had enough of this person who said they would do this... i cant even leave to go shopping and have even randomly picked somewhere but i am tracked within 10 seconds - sometimes less...thank you for directions...this has to stop

And who? .. for me it sounds a lot more as graphical issue than a hack.

edit add: altho now that I think about it more OP probably has RLV enabled and is script bound

so OP if you read this then try log in with the official Linden viewer which will disable RLV and see if that fixes it

But graphics crashing ( texture overload (bomb) ? )ánd keyboard driver?... ehm.. i don't see how that's connected.
Getting curious about the specs of their machine.  ... onboard graphics getting fried by pbr?

i haven't played with RLV since ages, but I kinda remember that can turn text typing into gibberish and block the visual viewport

you could be right also that it might be PBR. Is just the way that OP has phrased it

ty...when i get to log on later i will look in menu for report...i use firestorm...and no i am being hacked for sure...i have been deformed and animated from bump...i cant even go out to dance...i lose all my fits and spending all what little time i have sometimes fixing fits..from copies or redeliveries...so tired of this...i have investment here like everyone else...if anyone in Linden wants to watch or monitor a log in session so you can see first first hand who comes or what happens i am game...this person(s) should not be here...should be in jail...they are different except all have no profile to see and if not blocked asap i am toast...i have all my rental land piece set to group..2 of us...some show up on the mini map some dont...this is not the way to be here.. looking over my shoulder constantly and no im not making another avi and spending more or leaving to have them win...they are the ones who need to be gone!..thankyou again for everyone saying something

about my kb ...i have to reinstall the software to it...all the settings to it (Razer) are lost...it is taken out and i have to plug in another one to type and navigate...this has happened twice...i get a PUP virus...i will spare the details from here and put in report ..ty

second life can't give you a virus also no PUP unless you install it with other software on your machine. 

IF it is a problem of hacking, i doubt LL will be able to help, you need local authorities for RL issues.

It sounds like multiple issues could be going on at once, not just someone being a doosh. For starters, never download viewer software from anywhere but the official sites that provide them. If you're using anything like a phone app, be sure it's the official one, because anyone can make an app and call it anything (I got banned from SlashDot for my TorrentDemon prank app back in the 00's (don't ask)).

Also, there's a good possibility that if an SL user actually has compromised your device itself, it was done via something 3rd-party, such as clicking a link, or even wearing an attachment that connects to a 3rd-party server somewhere. I'd get familiar with my Preferences tab, and learn how to disable anything that could be taken advantage of in a new user's default settings, and completely remove everything my avatar was wearing (save for the 4 required items, which can be LL system ones), and rebuild my avatar using only things acquired by myself from actual trusted vendors/creators.

As for your device, if they've compromised it, well, that's for the computer repair guy and law enforcement, maybe. All LL can do is look into your interactions with the person who said they were going to violate the TOS and then did so.

It's far from perfect, but it's still better than the Wild West. At least they can't shoot you through your phone or something. Still sucks, though.

There's a known vulnerability associated with Razer devices. Check that out. "When we plugged the Razer device into Windows 10, the operating system automatically downloaded and installed the driver and the Razer Synapse software." That is 1) a bad idea, and 2) turns out to have an exploit which allows others to use the backdoor they use to install their "Synapse" software.

I mostly use Linux, so that's about all I can say. But I would look at the Razer keyboard with deep suspicion.

Known and fixed Razer vulnerability. That even needs cooperation from the logged on user and physical access. But yes, that Synapse stuff is pretty crappy.

The main attack vector for a viewer might be CEF. The embedded web browser.

It can leak your IP-address. It is usually not as up-to-date as the desktop chrome browser either. So it may still have vulnerabilities that are already fixed for desktop chrome browsers, that could in theory be exploited by malicious web pages on Media-on-a-Prim surfaces. Or just web links in chat that you clicked on.

But overall, the report sounds like multiple issues at work. Those might be in-world, those might be your machine. Hard to guess.

The animation issue is a permissions bug that LL may never fix, it's over a decade old.
