wanted WANTED- Private Region, ALL Options Considered

Hi all,

Looking for my first full private region on SL, and thought I'd do someone a favour and take one they don't want as opposed to starting my own.

Open to 20k/30k not fussy.
Granfathered would be great but definitely NOT a must and will only be considered for a reasonable asking price anyway.
Happy to pay transfer fees if the land asking price is reasonable.
Would prefer a week or two before tier is due but open to discussion.

Basically, I'm open to just about any and all options, feel free to message me here, or alternatively for a faster response, I'm more active in world (Rayna Aurelia).
