You can just Alt cam to it and grab it;

or if you’re on Firestorm,

Build > Pathfinding > Region Objects can show you the nearest objects where you can select and return it from the explorer window without having to go to it.

The Build / Pathfinding / Region Objects thing should be in all viewers, but to actually select stuff that's underground you may first need to "Disable camera constraints" which is in the Advanced menu of the Linden viewer, and the Advanced menu is enabled from Preferences (Ctrl-P) Advanced tab, "Show Advanced Menu", again in the Linden viewer. Maybe the same in Firestorm, dunno.

I "think" you can use area search to find it and then choose EDIT and you will see the arrows and you can just pull it up.   You can also cam below if you know how to do that (a skill well worth learning) and then grab it.     I would try area search first.

Using area search and EDIT to grab it.
