My elderly iMac needs a viewer.

It will not update its OS beyond 10.13 High Sierra. I have been using an old version of firestorm that worked fine for my purposes, which is to provide support for customer issues. But now I have to update the viewer because my version of Firestorm won’t work.

If I have to, I will just buy another Mac . Has anyone figured out what to do if you have an old Mac?

Also, while I don't know how active they are there are a few Mac Users Groups In World.  That may be a good place to ask.
