Hello! I've noticed that after the latest Firestorm update the eyebrows and the lashes (but especially the eyebrows) have become really pale and the tinting is barely noticeable. This is probably the environment settings issue but so far I haven't found the right ones. Does enyone know how it can be fixed?

It can't be fixed from your/our end. Unless LL decides to fix it it will stay that way, but if you read their response there it's "working as intended". Use BoM brows for now, and eyelashes are really not as affected, but you can try to find some more thick ones to mitigate all this.

It would be interesting to hear from someone who knows what they're talking about if this is unfixable, if there's a good reason not to fix it, or if LL is simply choosing not to and/or doesn't know how to fix it.

It is breaking a fair amount of existing content.

I swear I heard that this was being addressed on the Firestorm Alpha viewer?  I'll have to check the beta group notices tomorrow.

As an aside to the OP, Magika has updated a huge number of their newer hair to address this issue so grab a redelivery.

Yeah, saw this too. I wonder if others like LeLutka will be following suit.
