Why are my submitted tickets still 'being processed'

I'm having a massive issue and I can't get any help from Linden Labs.

Is this normal?  Any suggestions?

LL might be dealing with something right now, but we don't know what. Maybe a change in the customer support team?

A change in customer support would explain zero response to tickets, unfortunately I have been unable to login my main avatar since Sunday. *heavy sigh*
