One Black Sheep Studio & Lounge is seeking an operations Manager to join our vibrant team and help us take our projects to the next level! 

What You’ll Do: 

• Lead and Inspire: Manage a diverse team of creative professionals, ensuring everyone is aligned and motivated without being micromanaged.

• Time Management: Coordinate schedules, meet deadlines, and keep our projects on track. 

• Scripting & Configuring: Utilize your scripting skills to enhance our virtual experiences and streamline operations. 

• Event Coordination: Oversee the planning and execution of our event manager, ensuring events run smoothly and leave a lasting impression. 

What We’re Looking For: 

• Experience: In operations management 

• Skills: Strong scripting abilities, exceptional time management, and leadership skills. 

• Team Player: Collaborative mindset with the ability to lead and inspire a team.

•  Problem Solver: Quick thinker who can troubleshoot issues and keep things running seamlessly.
