First thing to do is to rebake CTRL-ALT-D

Hi Amy, I think what you mean is to go into the advanced menu and then rebake (CTL-ALT-R). You might want to clarify.

add info/comments to your post by using options > edit.

Put mouse cursor over AV then push Ctrl+Alt+R all at once. There are loads of bad items out there change to a different skin and see if it works. If it does through away the bad one.
