I am current with everything as a premium plus member and have relogged and refreshed and have yet to get my 650L stipend.

Every now and then, over 15 years, the stipend has been delayed.  Once they realize there's a delay, they might post on the grid status page.

Nothing brings out the impatient growly beast in people like late stipends. Only thing worse is a widespread grid outage.

the stipends are paid somewhere on tuesdays.. before midnight.

yes

the only thing they tell you  is : Stipends are a certain allowance of money paid weekly (on Tuesday)
No time whén they pay it.

Well, everyone I have talked to has gotten theirs already, which are premium plus members.

I haven't received it yet either .

 I called Linden's main office just now. They said there is an issue with the Linden stipend. They are currently working on the problem

This is a first for me, yes, the stipends are late.  Mine is not there either
