Please help

I purchased this Mannequin base skin demo and put it on my avatar and this happened. It seems like it just took over my body and I have no idea how to fix it whenever I load one of my saved outfits it still stays on. Its not on my worn section I have no idea what Im supposed to do can anyone help me or give me their in world name so I can add them and discuss it?

Since its not on your worn tab, you must have used an applier.to.apply the skin while your body was in BoM mode.  Use the body HUD to clear the skin layer then hit the button that turns BoM back on.
