Looking for arm nub accessory(?)

Hey, it's a shot in the dark, but I'm looking for a very specific accessory I saw a while ago... I'm pretty sure I saw it at the Engine Room shopping event, but even after looking at its previous rounds, I can't find it. I wanted to find the store at least to see if it's available...

It looked somewhat like a cover/accessory to put over an amputated or missing arm. Here's what I remember the ad looking like, sorry for the poor artist rendition XD it's all I remember, it mostly just showed the arm

The last time I saw someone wearing something like that I asked them and they said it was custom work not-for-sale. which was a shame.
