Color Change script for Linden Home add ons

Thought I'd ask, rather than reinventing the wheel: I've built my first Linden Home add on, it's an exterior item, and I want to add a color change script so the wood part can easily match the home's exterior trim (the item also has prims I do *not* want to change). I know there are a lot of builders, hoping one has a script they're willing to share. I'm willing to pay if it works well. I tried the MP and while there's loads of scripts, I didn't see one with the LH colors preloaded... which kind of surprises me, really, there are so many beautiful add ons for Linden homes, and the color sets are nearly all the same.

I do have some color change scripts I can edit, but was just curious if there's one out there already built with Linden Home colors. Can be all of 'em, I can delete what I don't need. Appreciate any help!

I would think that setting up the colors would be the easiest part of what you're asking for, which isn't a difficult script.  Even when I was writing a script like this for myself, I made the texture and color options for each set of faces configurable via notecard. So you could use the same script for just about anything you build, with no options hard-coded.

I think in order for any scripter to answer your question, they would need to know a little more - i.e. do you want the script to be activated via touch, or as a HUD?  How do you want to specify which faces change together?  etc...

And, lastly, if no one steps forward here, you might have better luck in the scripting forum.
