Colorful textures and Not rendering Fully

So, I do not know what happened my second life used to be  alright like nothing was going on and then what happened was I log out one day i log back in and my textures just looked strange and glitchy looking and they just were looking soft and nice and clear like everyone else and now I do not know what is going on here, it would be amazing if someone can at least help me cause I'm lost and stuck and I sometimes be on the verge of tears cause Its causing me to stress.

Have you updated the viewer recently?

you can also, Look in your preferences and see if your graphics settings have changed..

You can also change your lighting and see if that helps..

I find that sometimes when I update my operating system, my viewer reverts back to default settings, which suck for me. That may have happened.

Also, I know people hate hearing this, but when all else fails, clearing the cache might actually help.

So i haven't updated the viewer at all like sometimes i tried to uninstall it but then i install it back its fine but then when i log off and log it back on my textures are just not it
