Issue with Login credentials

Recently I get the message "We were unable to decode the file storing your saved login credentials. At this point saving or deleting credentials will erase all those that were previously stored." ?

I have tried everything that I can think of, including, clearing cache on viewers and browsers, restarting my pc, uninstalling and reinstalling Chrome, to then uninstalling and reinstalling the second life viewer and the firestorm viewer. Nothing is working.
