Does anyone know where i can find that. 

Its for police RP. 

It would also be cool if the dog had a vest attachment so it shows that it is a police dog.

I have a service alpaca but it is a gacha and not on the marketplace. If this would work for you instead of a dog you MIGHT be able to find one for sale at a gacha group or resale store.  It is by Hextraordinary and since gachas are no longer allowed it is very rare. Some creators  "rereleased" them. Just checked and you can by the whole PACK still.  Link below.

There are a few on MP...but I think you will have to match the vest to the creator's dog instead of applying it to any. This is one...(I'm not affiliated in any way)

Some others come up under 'wolf'...but I know nothing about SL pets, so not sure if you can get the creator to script it to sniff people for drugs and explosives 💉💣

Thank you!  I've gotten the dog and this harness, but now i need to at my own texture to it. 

I've moved some pictures etc in photoshop and saved it as a png file and uploaded it to sl. 

But to get it from the file to the dogs harness is more problematic!    Need to investigate.
