A/O help...long time Firestorm user, having to use this viewer for awhile, how do I attach animations (walking, standing) to my body?

Due to Firestorm Viewer upgrade my system not able to use Firestorm. Using SL viewer for now, need to know how to attach animations (walking/standing) to my body in this viewer.  Any assistance appreciated! Donald Karfield
