Jackson Redstar Posted July 13 Posted July 13 Black Dragon looks really good on PBR, nice implantation, unfortunately, and it has been an issue with BD for a while, it just doesn't know how to deal with alot of textures. You have to just wait 30 or 40 minutes and if you are lucky most of the textures will DL. Otherwise it is a real natural look with the BD PBR - it just wants to do one thing at a time on its own time LOL
NiranV Dean Posted July 15 Posted July 15 I really can't explain why random people are having issues with texture loading. Do you limit your framerate in any way, outside or inside SL?

I do have it fully white listed Edited July 15 by Jackson Redstar

Right, there is a possibility thats the case but i'd assume it isn't. 3 hours ago, Jackson Redstar said: no, not in BD, I dont use any FPS limit. I do have it fully white listed You cannot have any program that forces FPS limits or drivers that force VSync somehow, also Windows cannot under any circumstance force VSync otherwise you will incur all the problems VSync has (slowing a lot of Viewer internal workings down). I've had a particular case with someone on Windows 11 who had the same issues VSync caused despite saying they didn't have VSync enabled anywhere, they showed me their NVidia profile too and no forced VSync or FPS limit was enabled there. Windows 11 might be doing something somewhere but i can't tell, i don't use 11.
