Where can we excess the security questions that we setup when we first joined SL?

You can't.  If you are having trouble with account access, though, submit a support case and explain your problem. Support staff can work with you to regain access. If you have forgotten security questions -- I don't have the faintest idea what mine might be -- they'll find some other way to verify your identity.
