Why are all my transactions been not delivered,not one but all. Its says they have.

The most important thing to do is NOT fill your cart! Ordering many items at the same time generally causes delivery problems. Buy one by one and you  should be fine.

Edited: This may sound obvious, but make sure to click the accept button on delivey. And, all your transactions numbers and details are available in your marketplace account > order history.

Try to avoid putting many things into your shopping cart at once, especially if you are not in world at the time.  (I never order more than one thing at a time, personally.) The shopping cart function is easily confused.  Most importantly, there is a limit to the number of IMs, group messages, delivery items, and group invitations your in-world box can hold before hitting its cap.  If you are not in-world when you order things and if your box has been capped, the software will simply refuse delivery.  People rarely hit the cap because of IMs, since most of us have IMs forwarded to e-mail, but it's very easy to hit the cap with delivery items.
