My clothes aren't downloading at login

For the last 3 days my clothes aren't downloading at login. I have cleared my cache and it didn't help. My avatar is short and distorted and I can't put on or take anything off because it says it's downloading my clothes which never happens. What can I do?

teleport to an area like Smith. Open your inventory recent tab and wait for it to stop fetching. If that doesn't work try a rebake. Activate your advanced menu by ctrl alt D and rebake with ctrl alt R. Still a cloud? Drag a folder from the inventory library clothing folder onto yourself.

To clear cache first enable view hidden folders by going to your control panel, folder options, view, show hidden files and folders.
Then go to C:\Users\USERNAME\AppData\Roaming\SecondLife and delete the contents of that folder.
Then go to C:\Users\USERNAME\AppData\Local\SecondLife and delete the contents of that folder.
Go back to control panel, folder options, view, dont show hidden files and folders.
Restart your computer.
Log in to SL under advanced mode.
Open your inventory recent tab and wait for it to stop fetching.

That didn't work. Rebake was the first thing I tried. As a matter of fact since this started I have to rebake to get out of the cloud stage. Any other solutions?

clear cache. make sure you save your chat logs first if you care about saving them.

I've done that too I even tried different viewers and delete and downloaded the phoenix viewer again. Nothing is working. It is really driving me crazy. Because it isn't just my clothes but my shape it isn't downloading.

oh, phoenix? are you deleting the phoenix cache folders as well? they will be like i said in my edit, but instead of second life they will say phoenix. also, are you on a bad internet connection? if you can get off of wireless, do. if you cant, set your graphics and draw distance all the way to the lowest setting. you can always raise them again later.

Ok I did forget to delete Phoenix cache. I have now deleted all the files, rebooted, reset all my settings and signed on to SL. There was no change, it still says downloading clothes and shape. I rebaked and my avatar is still distorted and short. What now? I need my avatar back to normal and because it's saying it's downloading clothes and shape I can't change anything with my avatar.

ok. go to smith. open your inventory. wait for it to load, ie say stop fetching. better?

try opening your library clothing folder and dragging a folder like boy next door onto yourself

Because it won't download my Shape and clothes I cannot change my avatar in anyway that includes changing clothes. Can you suggest anyone else that can help me?

I've the exact same problem...clothes and shape wont download, cant change shape as it states there still downloading. Been like it for about a week now..

So frustating.... Think I prefer Real Life now anyway
