Nope.  Making stuff flexible makes it phantom, so things go through it.   Furthermore, when you play an animation, to make your avatar punch the bag,  all the sim knows is that it's told your pc to play an animation.   It doesn't know the animation has made you punch the bag, so it won't know when to move it.

What you'd need to do, I think, is have the hud or gesture you're using to play the animation tell the punchbag when a punching animation is being played, and then have a script in the punchbag make the bag react accordingly if you're close enough to it.

I'm not sure if this would work but you could possibly use 'Puppeteer' and set it to play the object animation when someone sits on the bag, and then you have the character punching animation inside as well and when someone sits it plays the player animation along with the onject animation.  Could be complicated though
