It's possible you were caught up in the bugged local payment system for non-US residents.I would suggest you phone a UK number 0044-2033620268 which would be inexpensive for you to contact from Belgium. However, you will need a French/English translator beside you. if you only speak French as the service is in English only. Alternatively you can email support@payments.secondlife.com
